Identicore FACE is Panther Forensic's forensic face search software, currently in development. It runs 1:N searches from photographs or video against an authorized gallery and proposes candidates; the identification is always made by an examiner.

Frequently asked questions
Is Identicore FACE available yet?
Not yet. Identicore FACE is in development; you can request information to follow its progress and join testing when it opens.
Does the system identify a person on its own?
No. Identicore FACE proposes a ranked list of candidates; the identification is always made by an examiner, and that decision is documented.
How accurate is it?
Performance will be measured and reported by the size of the gallery being searched, because it is not the same with a hundred faces as with a hundred thousand. No figures are published yet.
Does it work with video?
Yes, video will be a search source. The system will select frames with faces fit for comparison.
